Returns & Refunds
We gladly accept returns of our wooden wall hooks, cabinet handles, and home accessories within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund if the return package is lost in transit.
How to Request a Return: You can start a return quickly and easily through your customer account:

Go to the footer of our website and click on Customer Account

Log in with your email address, select your order, and submit a return request.

Alternatively, you can always reach out to us directly at info@leswooddecor.com or use our contact form. We will get back to you within 1–2 business days with the return shipping address.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund for the item price to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the transaction.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. You do not need to ship the item back — we will immediately arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
