All items in this store are designed and handcrafted with care.

By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products

Each piece is handmade from natural wood. Small variations in color, shape, or texture are part of the charm and authenticity of handmade products.

All product photos represent the items as accurately as possible, but colors may differ slightly depending on your screen.

2. Orders & Payment

 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

 You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

Payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, or other available options displayed at checkout.

Orders are confirmed after payment has been received.

3. Shipping

We ship worldwide from the European Union.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and postal services.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products.

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

5. Warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty period of 2 years in the EU.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not natural changes in the wood or wear over time.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from product misuse or delays caused by shipping carriers.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.

7. Taxes

All prices include applicable EU VAT.

Orders shipped within the European Union do not incur additional customs fees or import duties.
