Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and cancellations for our wooden products.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us — we’re always happy to help.

Returns

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you wish to return your order.

• Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Eligible products:

Wooden wall hooks, cabinet handles, and other solid wood decor items.

Exchanges

Need to exchange an item?

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• Buyer covers return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
